1. Definitions
1.1 Buyer: anyone who performs transaction by buying a Product
1.2 BD Gamez: The authority of bdgamez.com
1.3 Product: items, goods, and/or services in digital form available for purchase in website
1.4 User: any person, who has registered on the website or visits website
2. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
2.1. In order to use the Platform, the User/Buyer agrees to and accepts the Terms & Conditions as a whole and without reservations.
2.3. The User confirms that under the domestic laws of his country of residence he is able to conclude legally binding agreements. The User agrees that he is not prohibited from using the Platform and services offered on the Platform due to the domestic regulations or other restrictions.
2.4. The User acknowledges and agrees that BD Gamez has the right to make changes and modifications to the Terms & Conditions. The change or modification to the Terms & Conditions will not affect the rights acquired by the Users before that change or modification on the basis of the existing Terms & Conditions.
3. Payments
3.1 The payment of the product price should be executed through one of the payment channels available on BD Gamez
3.2 Buyer must pay from his own account. If payment made from parent’s account, buyer must take consent before making payment. If payment is made, BD Gamez will consider consent is taken.
3.3 In the case of problems related to the payments made through websites of the payment services providers, the User should contact the payment services provider.
3.4 The User confirms and asserts that the funds used to pay for any products and services offered on the Platform come from lawful sources
4. Delivery of Product
4.1 After payment buyer will receive product in electronic form.
4.2 Time of delivery of Product can vary from mentioned in product description.
5. Refund
5.1 Refund can be taken before delivery of product.
5.2 BD Gamez keeps the right to accept of refuse refund requests made after delivery of Product
6. Warranty
6.1 Warranty period will be according to the time mentioned in Product description.
6.2 “Lifetime warranty” means warranty till the product available in market and/or Developer/Publisher company of the product operating.
6.3 BD Gamez keeps the right to decide the time required to fulfil warranty of any Product.
6.4 BD Gamez can take account credentials and associated email credentials. Failure to provide associated email credentials will void warranty.
6.5 If Buyer login in any third party website with Product account and/or account associated email, warranty will void from that moment. Linking/Connecting applications/accounts will also void the warranty.
6.6 In case of key/wallet code/code Product, we will check redemption time. If redemption time is after delivery time of Product, BD Gamez will consider it is redeemed by the Buyer.
7. Prohibited actions
7.1 Using Products and services in a way that goes against Domestic and Islamic laws.
7.2 Circumventing or disabling the Platform’s security.
7.3 Defaming, offending, or deceiving other Users of the Platform
7.4 Using the Platform for money laundering purposes or any related fraudulent or criminal activities.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 In the case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions , BD Gamez reserves its right and possibility to block the User’s account. Any product warranty will void from that moment.
